Scientists at Queen Mary's School of Biological and Chemical Sciences have discovered a way to separate the beneficial effects of marijuana's THC chemical from its mood-altering side-effects. This could lead to the development of cannabis-based medicines to treat epilepsy, obesity, and chronic pain.
