Meinhardt Raabe died Friday at the age of 94. He was one of the last surviving actors who played a Munchkin in "The Wizard of Oz." As the official Munchkinland coroner, Raabe's character was responsible for declaring the Wicked Witch of the East dead, thus proving Dorothy as a murderer and the entire land of Oz 25% safer from potentially deadly witches.
