South African Witch Burning

Well, this is disgusting. The BBC is reporting that two 60-year-old South African women living near Manguzi were abducted and burned to death by a gang of high school students and adults who suspected them of being witches. Some Manhlenga High School students began suffering strange "crying fits", which were blamed on a curse Msaba Zungu and Thabitha Thusi supposedly placed on the school. If you're insane enough to believe in witchcraft, I wouldn't be surprised if you occasionally burst into uncontrollable crying fits. Let's hope the South African police arrest the murderers as soon as possible.
